What does it mean to be an advocate

As an advocate, I draw upon my own lived experiences to not only uplift my own community but find solidarity with other communities as well. All issues affecting us are rooted in an idea of supremacy, and if we can recognize that, we can create tools that will collectively liberate us from these conditions.
