Healing PUSO offers free holistic mental health services to all ages, cultures, and ethnicities in South Stockton. Our mission is to break down systemic, cultural, and linguistic barriers to mental wellness by centering community care and culturally-rooted healing.
Our Services
Virtual Grounding Collectives – Online check-ins with topics like inner child healing and self-image.
Culturally Rooted Healing Sessions (CRHS) – Monthly in-person sessions with BIPOC facilitators using sound healing, meditation, and healing arts.
Healing Arts Series – Weekly creative expression workshops held every April (MAHAL) and October (Healinktober).
Self-Defense Trainings – Quarterly sessions in partnership with EMAC to build confidence and safety.
Health & Healing Clinics – Fall & Spring events offering free services like vaccinations, groceries, and wellness resources in partnership with Kaiser and CMC.

Substance Use Prevention
We provide free Narcan kits, education, and referrals to help prevent opioid overdose. Pick-up available during office hours—no limit on quantity.
